Refund policy

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations: You can cancel your order at any time before 3:00pm on weekdays. If we have already dispatched your order by the time you request a cancellation, you can either choose to refuse the delivery when it arrives with you by post or return to us for a full refund minus the shipping cost. 

UK RETURNS:

You can return any item up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Between 15 and 30 days, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee.

In both cases, you must contact us first and obtain an RMA number. It is your responsibility to send the items back to our UK office, we do NOT cover postage or shipping. 

You automatically have a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases by law, where you can return a product in its original condition for a full refund less the shipping cost.  All goods must be unused and in their original packaging along with a copy receipt, or note with your details and you must cover return cost.

If you find a product is faulty, we will offer an exchange or full refund, but you must contact us first, we will advise on the return shipping. Goods sent back without our authorisation may not be accepted. In some cases we will instruct you to contact the product manufacturer directly who will handle the replacement. 

EU RETURNS:

For goods shipped from the UK to the EU, the same conditions apply but the restocking fee is 25% as in most cases we will incur customs/duty fees. 

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All products purchased through RemoteLock are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. We aim to buy the finest quality products available, and inspect them before dispatch, but sometimes things go wrong and our policy is to make sure you are happy about the money you have spent with.
